Our delivery drivers and any other accompanying person(if any) are not authorized to enter your premises. We strongly recommend you do not book any installers until the goods have been received by you. We will not be liable for costs you incur due to non-delivery/ late delivery of goods or your engagement of fitters and traders.
Note: – If you fail to accept delivery of goods on the date of delivery or fail to give us sufficient / specific delivery instructions for any reason for the date agreed for delivery, then we reserve the right to charge you delivery charges paid by us to our delivery company even if we have offered you free delivery.
